Tuition and General Information
Policies
Credit Cards: All families must have a valid credit card on file authorizing ESP, LLC to charge the credit card if payment is not received by the 10th of each month. If you would like ESP to charge your card automatically on the 1st of each month, please note that on your registration, or see someone in the Studio Office. A $10 late fee will be assessed for payments not made by the 10th of each month.
Performances
There will be a spring recital held on June 17, 2023 at the Weinberg Center for the Performing Arts. Click here for more recital information.
Minimum class counts
There must be at least 6 dancers actively enrolled in a class to continue the class. In some cases, classes may be shifted, combined with other classes, or cancelled due to enrollment.
Class Viewing
In the best interest of your child's dance education, class observation is not permitted. If you would like an update on your child's progress, please feel free to ask the ESP Office Staff to request feedback from the instructor(s). Thank you for trusting us with your child.
Holidays
The Studio will be closed on the following dates:
November 23rd - 25th - Thanksgiving
December 23rd -January 1st - Holiday Break
April 7th - 10th - Easter
May 29th - Memorial Day
Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $10 for new dancers or $5 for returning dancers is due at the time of registration. The charge for additional family members on the same account is $5 each. The total family registration fees will not exceed $20 per family.
Monthly payment schedule
Tuition payments are due the first of each month. Tuition is based on a 4 week pay period.

Family Discount
There is a 15% discount for each additional dancer in the same family. The 15% discount applies to dancer(s) with the least amount of class hours per month.
